Leading with EQ

Leverage the science of emotionally intelligent leadership to build high performing teams, resolve conflict and manage effectively. In the Leading with EQ programme, adept leaders will recognise and manage both their own emotions and the emotions of others to reduce conflict, foster productive working relationships and deliver organisational success.  

In this two-day programme at our Strand campus, with a one-hour coaching session online, you will leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of your current capabilities and how they affect your workplace performance;
  • New knowledge and personalised strategies to develop your EI capabilities;
  • An individual EQi 2.0 report measuring distinct aspects of your emotional and social functioning that affect workplace relationships.

Who is this course for? Anyone who works with other people and wants to improve their working relationships and impact. Though not a necessity, we advise that you are managing a team, project or individuals to get the most out of the course.
