Discover more about the helpful resources offered by King’s Health Partners Mindfulness4All platform.
Mindfulness practice can help reduce anxiety, prevent depression, reduce distractions, as well as improve cognition.
In March 2020, experienced mindfulness teachers from King’s Health Partners, in collaboration with our partners, established regular guided meditation sessions to support our staff and student’s wellbeing through meditation during the peak of the pandemic – also known as Mindfulness4All.
The Mindfulness4All platform contains a large selection of relaxation and meditation videos, covering a wide range of topics including mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of the environment, and connecting with ourselves. The platform videos are searchable under ‘mindfulness’ on the King’s Health Partners Learning Hub.
Within the Mindfulness4All resource, you will find a series of guided mindfulness sessions under different categories, updated on a weekly basis to access at your own pace. You are free to choose any topic that you feel is most helpful and can come back at any time to complete more sessions.
Since its establishment, the Mindfullness4All platform has seen great success, with many of our staff and students using it to help support their mental health and wellbeing. More than 480 users have signed up to the platform.
